I have 10 years experience within the construction industry. After a number of years specialising as a carpenter I was given the opportunity of working as a Project Manager specialising in large residential sites around London (including loft conversions, rear extensions and full house refurbishments), I have now moved north to be closer to family and have started Weller Projects Ltd.

Weller Projects Ltd is a Residential Refurbishment company that takes on internal residential works such as bathrooms, kitchens and full interior refurbishments.

To ensure that all jobs are completed to a very high standard, my priority is to bring in the correct contractors for each part of your refurbishment. My experience has shown that this results in fewer errors and less time having to go back to solve issues.

Together, we will produce a handbook for your refurbishment. This is a comprehensive list of all fittings and fixtures, and includes even the small details such as paint colours and carpet choices. This is yours to keep at the end of the project.
